SWISSVAX MIRAGE
I recently bought a tub of the wax on recommendation as I wanted to move up from the various polishes and waxes supplied by Halfords et al! I used it on my wife’s new Citroen C3 in Botticelli blue a very pale non-metallic. I couldn't raise the shine I wanted before but this stuff really works. Easy to apply, take off after 10-15 minutes then re buff a few hours later with a soft microfibre. The depth of shine is impressive even on a colour that does not give any level of reflection. Today I used it on my 55 plate Passat which is a dark metallic grey and the difference is so much more pronounced. I could not stop looking at the sheen on a 5 year old 68000 mile car, I’ve used Miracle glo, Meguairs, Turtle Waxes but frankly the difference is chalk and Cheese! The metallic fleck really comes out and the car looks like another layer of lacquer has been applied. Yes it's a slight pain having to apply the pre wax, which is a bit sticky, but the effort is well worth it for such a glorious result.
