Car bodywork and wheels collect iron contamination, mostly from brake pads shredding when they become hot as the brakes are applied. New cars are often transported via rail and can be stored in railway sidings where they accrue iron contamination caused by passing trains. However the contamination is accrued, left in place iron particles will embed into paintwork and wheels causing pitting and rusting.

Q²M IRON is a specialist iron contamination remover. The pH neutral formula can be used on paintwork, wheels, trim and glass, without leaving white residue or staining trim. The unique formula works to chemically release the iron particles from the substrate and allow them to be freely rinsed away.

How To Use

• Ensure the panels are cool to the touch & out of direct sunlight
• Spray Q²M IRON liberally on to the surface to be treated
• Allow to dwell for up to 10 minutes - colour change function (purple) shows product is working
• If necessary agitate with a soft detail brush
• Rinse residue with water
• NOTE: Although pre-diluted, Q²M IRON is still a professional strength product & should be used with care

Pro Tip Q²M Iron REDEFINED is extremely slippery and may be used as a lubricant alongside a chemical-resistant clay bar to expedite the process.
