Gyeon Q² Mohs EVO is a top-tier quartz coating that protects and enhances automotive paint. Gyeon Q² Mohs EVO, developed in Japan, utilises advanced low volatile silicon technology to create a hybrid film of perhydropolysilazane, hydroxyl-rich organic copolymers, and poly(methyl methacrylate). This film quickly condenses into an amorphous organic-silica nano-composite that chemically bonds to painted surfaces at the molecular level. Gyeon Q² Mohs stands out as it gains molecular weight during curing, enhancing structural integrity and limiting shrinkage to 5%, compared to the average 30% for SiO2 coatings. Each coat of Gyeon Q² Mohs EVO adds 0.2 microns to paint thickness and enhances scratch resistance, increasing hardness by two grades (2H) on the pencil scale.

Treated surfaces, coated with an ultra-smooth Gyeon Q² Mohs EVO, dense organic-silica nano-composite, become hydrophobic, causing water to bead up and roll off quickly. This beading action looks good and helps remove contaminants, making routine washing easier and safer due to the coating's high scratch resistance.
