Dual action polishers provide the safest way for beginners to start their machine polishing journey, unlike classic cheap rotaries that can burn through your paintwork through poor use, dual action polishers do not generate the same spot heat. The DAS 6 v2 machine includes a powerful 650w motor, not too powerful to cause instant damage but also powerful enough to get those pesky swirl marks out of your paintwork. Deeper scratches can also be removed in conjunction with a heavier cutting compound and firmer foam pad or microfibre pad.
Finish the car paintwork with your favourite finishing compound, glaze, machine sealant or wax, taking a lot of the elbow grease out of applying these final steps.
