As a retired market researcher, I find this questionnaire much better than the usual, which again demonstrates their professionalism in involving professionals. Clear, concise website with a good range of quality products at reasonable prices. One of the wheel brushes I purchased approx. 2 years ago didn't last the course, and when I reported this deficiency to one of your colleagues I was sent a "rubber tipping compound" free of charge. A good example of "not that you have a problem - but how good are you at sorting it". Excellent service and I'm still a customer.
