If the delivery arrives in a reasonable time (see below) then it has been a pleasure shopping with Ultimate Finish. I knew the products that I wanted and was able to find them quickly. Also impressed with the advice of one item I required being out of stock at the point I tried to add it to my basket, which gives you the chance to select an alternative or pick it up elsewhere without having to backtrack your order.
