Welcome to Ultimate Finish (Ultimate Finish). Before you register or use this service, you should read and agree to these Terms and Conditions of use, including any future amendments (collectively, the "Agreement"). You should also visit this page periodically to review the terms and conditions. Ultimate Finish may, at its sole discretion, modify or revise these terms and conditions and policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. If you do not accept and abide by this Agreement, you may not use the Three60 service.

In these Terms and Conditions "we", "our", "us" and "Ultimate Finish" refer to "Ultimate Finish"; "you", "your" and "yourself" refers to the customer and/or user of the website.

Description of Service.

Ultimate Finish is an online shop (the Service) that offers car care and detailing products.

Acceptance of Terms.

By accessing the content of www.theultimatefinish.co.uk ("the Website") you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein and you accept our privacy policy available via the link on our home page. If you object to any of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement you should not use any of the products or services on the Website and leave immediately. You agree that you shall not use the Website for illegal purposes, and will respect all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the Website in a way that may impair the performance, corrupt the content or otherwise reduce the overall functionality of the Website. You also agree not to compromise the security of the Website or attempt to gain access to secured areas or sensitive information. You agree to be fully responsible for any claim, expense, liability, losses, costs including legal fees incurred by us arising from any infringement of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.

Copyright.

All intellectual property of Ultimate Finish such as trademarks, trade names, patents, registered designs and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Website remain the property of Ultimate Finish. By using the Website you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Ultimate Finish and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for commercial purpose any material contained within the Website.

Disclaimers.

The information is provided on the understanding that the Website is not engaged in rendering advice and should not be wholly relied upon when making any related decision. The information contained within the Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis with no warranties expressed or otherwise implied relating to the accuracy, fitness for purpose, compatibility or security of any components of the Website. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the www.theultimatefinish.co.uk Website and cannot provide any representation that using the Website will be error-free. Ultimate Finish also reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service with or without notice at any time and without any liability to you.

Third Parties.

The Website may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by other parties. We do not control such websites and we take no responsibility for, and will not incur any liability in respect of, their content. Our inclusion of hyperlinks to such websites does not imply any endorsement of views, statements or information contained in such websites.

Severance.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

Other.

Ultimate Finish reserves the right to refund any monies received in relation to an order and cancel the order if it believes the order to be fraudulent.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction.

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of England and any user of the Website hereby agrees to be bound exclusively by the jurisdiction of English courts without reference to rules governing choice of laws. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by a court under such jurisdiction, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which will continue to have full force and effect.

Complaints Procedure.

You can make a complaint in writing, by fax or by e-mail. Please provide your telephone number and your full postal address along with any order or reference number so we may retrieve all details from our records.

We will reply within 2 working days from when we receive your complaint. If it is not possible to give you a full reply within this time - for instance, because a detailed investigation is required - we will give you an interim response, telling you what is being done to deal with your complaint, when you can expect the full reply and from whom. That full reply will include details of who to contact next if you believe your complaint has not been dealt with properly. This Complaints Procedure does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Description of Goods/Warranty and Liability.

We warrant that the goods will, at the time of delivery, correspond to the description given by us. Except where the Customer is dealing as a consumer (as defined in the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, section 12) all other warranties, conditions or terms relating to fitness for purpose, merchantability or conditions of the goods whether implied by Statute, Common Law or otherwise are excluded and the Customer warrants that the Customer is satisfied as to the suitability of the Goods for the Customer's purpose Goods are not sold on a trial basis. We monitor manufacturers product changes regularly and endevour to reflect these changes on our Website, but cannot provide any representation that using the Website will be error-free. Descriptions, How To Guides, User Guides, MSDS or any other material corrosponding to the use of the goods are for a guide & information only. Before use of any good or product the directions on the label, or containing document(s) should be followed. If in doubt or if there is contradictary/missing information, please contact us or the manufacutrer for clarification.

Gift Vouchers.

UF Gift Vouchers may only be redeemed on the Ultimate Finish website (TheUltimateFinish.co.uk) and used for the purchase of products listed in the online shop. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed at Amazon or any of the UF's Trusted Partner sites.

Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase further Gift Vouchers and have no cash redemption value.

One or more Gift Vouchers (or Gift Cards) can be redeemed against an order. If the order exceeds the amount of the Gift Voucher(s), the balance must be paid by credit/debit card or PayPal. If the order amount is less that the total of the Gift Voucher(s), then balance will remain on the Gift Voucher until redeemed or the Gift Voucher expires.

Any and all discounts, included but limited to the UF Customer Rewards Scheme, offered by Ultimate Finish or any other UF trusted partner can not be used against the purchase of Gift Vouchers. If any Gift Voucher is purchase with a discount, it will automatically be cancelled and refunded. If a cancelled Gift Voucher has been redeemed in the interim, UF has the right to cancel the subsequent order and stop any shipment or delivery associated with it.

Correctly purchased Gift Vouchers may be used in conjunction with additional discount promotions offered by the Ultimate Finish unless stated otherwise on the individual promotions.

Gift Vouchers expire one year from the date of issue, where permissible under applicable law and Ultimate Finish is not responsible if a Gift Voucher or Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

All other Ultimate Finish terms and conditions of purchase and use shall also apply. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Subscriber Newsletter / Offers.

Periodically Ultimate Finish send offers by email to opt-in subscribers. These include but are not limited to, product giveaways, free delivery offers or discount off website prices. Each offer is triggered by unique codes contained in the email newsletter that have a validity period and expiry date.

Once the offer has expired, Ultimate Finish is unable to retrospectively apply the code or add free products. Furthermore, only orders placed within the validity period are eligible.

Each product can be assigned 4 types of allowable discounts:

  • All Discounts – any code that offers site discount, loyalty reward, trade reward or product specific discounts will work on these items.
  • Loyalty Rewards – these products will only receive discount on loyalty and trade logins.
  • Loyalty Rewards (ex Trade) – these products will only receive discount on non trade loyalty logins.
  • No Discount – These product will not received discount from site wide codes, loyalty or trade logins.

Specific product offers for Free Items or code discounts may still work on products assigned to “Loyalty Rewards”, Loyalty Rewards (ex Trade)” or “No Discount” but would override any other offered discount on items within the basket including Loyalty Discounts.

Customer Rewards Scheme.

  • Subscription to the Ultimate Finish Customer 'Rewards Scheme' (hereafter referred to as the Rewards Scheme) is open to all customers who purchase directly from Ultimate Finish (www.theultimatefinish.co.uk) and who meet the entry requirements as set out in the following clauses.
  • Subscription is not open to trade accounts including wholesalers, resellers and shops.
  • Professional Detailers & Valeters are eligible for the Rewards Scheme provided products are bought for business use and not resale.
  • Subscription to the Rewards Scheme is free of charge to all customers provided they have met the entry requirements.
  • Subscribers to the Rewards Scheme are under no obligation to purchase goods from Ultimate Finish.
  • It is Ultimate Finish's intention to run the Rewards Scheme for the foreseeable future. However, Ultimate Finish reserve the right to suspend, postpone or cease operation of the Rewards Scheme at any time. In the event of such suspension, postponement or cessation, no compensation or recompense whatsoever will be due to Subscribers to the Rewards Scheme.
  • The Rewards Scheme is personal to you and cannot be transferred.
  • We can take any action we consider appropriate including suspension of individual subscriptions, if we have reason to believe that you are abusing the Rewards Scheme or not adhering to the terms and conditions.
  • By subscribing to the Rewards Scheme you agree to receive product updates and special offers via electronic newsletters.

  • By unsubscribing from the newsletter and other communications your discount will be set back to Tier 5 0%.

  • Accounts with no activity within the last 12-18 months will also be reset to Tier 5 0% regardless of subscription. These accounts can be re-activated upon request but long periods of inactivity will result in the cumulative spend calculations starting from zero again.

  • The Rewards Scheme has 5 discount tiers as set out below. All new subscribers will be automatically enrolled within Tier 5.
    • Tier 5 - Cumulative spend up to £200 receiving 0% discount
    • Tier 4 - Cumulative spend up to £500 receiving 2.5% discount
    • Tier 3 - Cumulative spend up to £1000 receiving 5% discount
    • Tier 2 - Cumulative spend up to £2000 receiving 7.5% discount
    • Tier 1 - Cumulative spend above £2000 receiving 10% discount

Loyalty discounts are applied to qualifying products stocked by UF on any order as long as the customer has logged in with their loyalty account. Products that may be excluded include but not restricted to sale items, special offer items, certifications, training days and other items considered already discounted.

Product/Site Discounts used on an order may override the Loyalty Reward Discount or be used in conjunction with. These are subject to the individual promotion terms and conditions.

Trade Accounts

Trade discount of 15% is applied to qualifying products stocked by UF on single orders over £100 (excludes sale, special offer items, certifications, training days and other items considered already discounted). Discount is applied automatically when logged in and conditions met.

*Orders of £100 and over (exc. delivery charges) qualify for free express delivery, where express delivery is available by using code UFTRADE24. Please note, this code is exclusive for authorised account holders and must be logged in to use this code. For further information, please check our delivery page. Express delivery in all circumstances is subject to stock availability.

Any orders containing back-ordered products will be shipped in full when the items are back in stock and not part shipped. If an order is placed with a back-order item, you will be notified by email and one of our team members will follow this up. Trade account email addresses must be subscribed to our newsletters, you are able to opt out of this at any time, but in doing so would default back to a regular account. UF reserve the right to close any trade account that does not comply with the qualifying criteria at any time. Trade accounts will automatically close after long periods of inactivity, to reopen this, a new application will have to be made, this is typically after 12 months.

Product/Site Discounts used on an order may override the Trade Discount or be used in conjunction with. These are subject to the individual promotion terms and conditions.

UF will regularly run product, or site wide promotions and will typically not be available in conjunction with Trade Accounts, but are subject to their own T&C's.

Pricing Errors.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or is charged at an incorrect price due to an error on the website, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders based on the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed.

International Payments.

Prices displayed in US Dollars ($) & Euros (€) are for representation only and are calculated using live exchange rates supplied by XE.com. Payments to Three60 Limited (t/a Ultimate Finish) will be processed in GBP (£) and are subject to exchange rates and fees set by your bank. Three60 Limited (t/a Ultimate Finish) can not be held responsible for these differences and any additional charges for international payments must be borne by you.

Product Images / Specifications.

Whilst we endeavour to ensure all images and specifications are correct at the time of publication, they do vary. As such we can accept no responsibility for incorrect images/information. This does not effect your rights under the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, section 12.

Returns Policy - Unused / Non Faulty Items:

If you change your mind after you’ve received the items, you can return them to us for a full refund. All we ask, is you send the items back unused in the original packaging, with all accessories, leads, user manuals included, and that you take reasonable care of the goods. We will refund the full cost of the returned items and the standard shipping cost associated with any initial carriage charges. We recommend you use a tracked method when sending the items back to us so you are covered in the event the carrier loses or damages the item. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return on non faulty items no longer required.

As are your rights you have the ability to inspect the goods within 14 days of arrival (30 days at Ultimate Finish). The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop. A 10% deduction can be made if the value of the returned unwanted goods has been reduced as a result of you handling them more than was necessary.

Returns Policy - Faulty Items:

If your product develops a fault, we will assist with either a replacement or organise a repair or spare parts to resolve the issue in line with the manufacturer’s warranty which can be found on the relevant product page or some are feature below. Ultimate Finish will bare the cost of postage for collection and return of any faulty item within 30 days of original purchase, as long as the item is found to be faulty by way of manufacture, rather than by user miss-handling. If miss-handling is to be the cause of the fault then Ultimate Finish hold the right to recoup this postage cost by charge to the customer or deducting from credits due. Any item that develops a fault after 30 days will be subject to "Third Party Warranties" and is the description of the manufacture on how these are processed. Normally, the customer will need to cover any returns costs to Ultimate Finish and item(s) deemed manufacturer faulty repaired or replaced, will be sent back to the customer without further charge.

Third Party Warranties

BigBoi Warranty

All warranty claims must be submitted via the Support Portal on the bigboi website or via the original retailer who will do this on your behalf. Once all details are submitted, you will receive further instructions regarding your claim from a member of the Service team. Please retain your proof of purchase for all warranty claims.

Within 30 days of purchase: - Any bigboi products that deem to be faulty within this period, bigboi will cover the cost of shipping back to bigboi both inbound and outbound (subject to your region of purchase). Your product will be fully tested and inspected by our Service & Repairs Agents to determine the issue with your product. You will be notified of a resolution.

After 30 days of purchase: - Any bigboi products that deem to be faulty within this period, it will be the responsibility of the customer to send the product back to bigboi. You will be responsible for the inbound shipping charges. Your product will be fully tested and inspected by our Service & Repairs Agents to determine the issue with your product. You will be notified of a resolution.

All warranties commence from the date of delivery and expires at the end of the applicable periods set below. Note: The replacement of your product or any part of your product under warranty will not extend the period of warranty, it will always revert to the original purchase date.

DRYER WARRANTY PERIOD

  • Domestic use: 2 years (excluding Buddi & Buddi Jnr)
  • Professional/Commercial use: 1 year
  • Accessories (included with dryer): Not covered

What is covered? - Bigboi DRYER products are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in material, workmanship or if it is ‘dead on arrival’ for the periods stated above.

What is not covered? - This Warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, user’s negligence, misuse or normal wear and tear. Also not covered is any failure arising from accident, external sources such as weather, electrical outages or power surges, fire, sabotage, failure to store, operate and / or maintain the bigboi product in accordance with instructions provided in the instruction manual supplied with the product. This Warranty also does not cover any defects or damages caused by Services or Repairs performed by anyone other than a bigboi authorized Service Repairer.

WASHR WARRANTY PERIOD

  • Domestic use: 2 years
  • Professional/Commercial use: 1 year
  • Accessories (included with WASHR): Not covered

What is covered? - Bigboi WASHR products are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship for the periods stated above.

What is not covered? - This Warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, user’s negligence, misuse or normal wear and tear. Also not covered is any failure arising from accident, external sources such as weather, contaminated fluids, water quality, electrical outages or power surges, fire, sabotage, failure to store, operate and / or maintain the bigboi product in accordance with instructions provided in the instruction manual supplied with the product.

WASHR Maintenance: Due to the nature of this product, the washr needs to be serviced at least yearly (subject to use) to maintain its optimal performance. Bigboi cannot control water quality or chemicals used in the washr or foam cannon. Misuse, or not servicing the washr can cause internal parts to fail. Please refer to the instruction’s manual provided with the washr for further information on maintenance and troubleshooting.

BIGBOI believes that you, the consumer, can maintain and repair the washr at your domestic or commercial areas to eliminate the inconvenience of returns, service & shipping costs, which is why we have created a Customers Right to Maintenance Program which provides a maintenance pack and a do-it-yourself video tutorial.

ACCESSORY WARRANTY PERIOD (ADD ON’s)

  • Domestic & Commercial Use: 1 year

What is covered? - Bigboi Accessory products are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in material or workmanship for the periods stated above.

What is not covered? - This Warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, user’s negligence, misuse or normal wear and tear. Also not covered is any failure arising from accident, external sources such as weather, electrical outages or power surges, fire, sabotage, failure to store, operate and / or maintain the bigboi product in accordance with instructions provided in the instruction manual supplied with the product.

VACUUM WARRANTY PERIOD

  • Domestic & Commercial Use: 1 year
  • Accessories (included with dryer): Not covered

What is covered? - Bigboi DRYER products are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in material, workmanship or if it is ‘dead on arrival’ for the periods stated above.

What is not covered? - This Warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, user’s negligence, misuse or normal wear and tear. Also not covered is any failure arising from accident, external sources such as weather, electrical outages or power surges, fire, sabotage, failure to store, operate and / or maintain the bigboi product in accordance with instructions provided in the instruction manual supplied with the product. This Warranty also does not cover any defects or damages caused by Services or Repairs performed by anyone other than a bigboi authorized Service Repairer.

Kwazar Warranty

In case of a product not functinoing correctly, we request in the first instance that the customer: + View Kwazar support pages. + Send a descriptive video and return telephone number. These can be sent to admin@kwazar.co.uk or by WhatsApp on 07719 019685.

In most cases we will be able to resolve the problem with a phone call or replacement parts. If this is not possible, the product should be returned to us for examinatino and will be repaired or replaced.

If the fault is not the result of misuse, then despatch costes will be reimbursed to the customer and the product either be repaird or replaced. Packaging should be reating to assist with product returns.

What is covered under Kwazar Warranty

  • Construction of the sprayer body and all plastic parts should be sufficiently robust to withstand reasonable wear and tear.
  • O rings and seals are not covered bu warranty and should b regularly checked and lubricated. If in doubt, please ref to support pages.

Returns Policy - Special Order Items

Please be aware, all goods and items that are 'Mixed To Order', ‘Handmade To Order', ‘Made to Order’, ‘Tailor Made’, ‘Tailor made to the individual’, ‘Bespoke’, 'Specifically Amended', 'Non-Stocked', 'Ordered Especially' or any other term that indicates that an item has been specifically, or specially, made for the purchaser is hereby known as ‘Special Order’ and cannot be returned to us for a refund. This includes but not limited to items which are non-UK variants such as non-standard UK voltage machines/chargers or variants of stocked items only normally sourced from outside of the UK. If any 'Special Order' goods or items be undeniably wrong when delivered to the customer, excluding any reasons made below, Ultimate Finish will have the right to replace the 'Special Order' goods or items with the correct version as originally ordered. Ultimate Finish will aim to replace the wrong goods or items as quickly as possible. If the wrong 'Special Order' goods or items cannot be replaced with the correct 'Special Order' then a refund may be granted. (Please see ‘Distance Selling Act’ for your statutory rights).

Please contact us before returning any ‘Special Order’ goods or items. Should any 'Special Order' goods, or items, be returned to us without prior agreement in writing (i.e. by email or Letter) it will be the purchasers full responsibility to make arrangements to have any such 'Special Order' goods, or items, returned to them at their own expense. We will attempt to contact you via email upon receipt of any unsolicited returned ‘Special Order’ goods, or items, with our intent. Unsolicited returned 'Special Order' goods, or item, left unclaimed for more than 90-days shall be considered as abandoned by the purchaser and become the property of Ultimate Finish.

As the majority of our items are made to order to customer requests and vehicles they are all unique. Whilst every effort will be made to emulate the product shown in the photographs variation is to be expected. This can include but is not limited to:

  • Slight colour variations
  • Slight fit variations
  • Different style of pipings and seams
  • Different size and weight

Please note all our goods are fully insured in transit to our customers and should an item get lost or damaged in transit we shall take care of it. Ultimate Finish Will Not Accept The Following:

  • Any customer's personal feeling or subjective reason is not allowed for exchange or refund, based on the fact that the product does not perfectly suit you or the end result does not meet your expectation.
  • Slight colour difference. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the apparels shown on our website. However, because the colours you see depend on your monitor and other settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be exactly accurate.
  • The customer doesn’t like the colour or style, and wishes to change to another colour or style/pattern/design.
  • Customer carelessness of handling or opening the parcel e.g. damaging the item whilst opening with scissor or penknife and dirt due to dirty hands. Please be careful when opening your parcel.

Refunds.

If for any reason you are issued with a refund, please note the following:

We will apply the refund to your original method of payment usually within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please note certain credit card companies may take a further 2-10 business days to post to your account. A refund will usually reach your credit card account within 4 working days after being processed, although please allow up to 10 working days for it to be credited. We do however reserve the right to refund you within 30 days of the return.

Order Cancellation.

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. Orders cancelled after dispatch will be treated as non-faulty items above.

Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations.

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK Law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment such as high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.

The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK. Recycling reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill. Ultimate Finish Ltd is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like for like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us. Customers must return their like-for-like WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.

Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol to show they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so they can be recycled.
