992 is the internal designation for the eighth generation of the Porsche 911. It was officially introduced at the Porsche Experience Centre, Los Angeles on November 27, 2018 and launched in European markets in early 2019.

The all-new Porsche 911 (992) Carrera 4S is powered by a 444bhp 3-litre bi-turbo flat-six engine coupled with Porsche’s new eight-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox. Options include lowered sport suspension, active four-wheel steering, carbon-ceramic brakes and Porsche’s familiar Sport Chrono package, which adds dynamic engine mounts and launch control.

Summary:
This 2019 example finished in GT Silver was delivered directly to UF Studio with only delivery miles on the clock. Following thorough decontamination and a multi-stage wash, the car was appraised and paint depth readings taken and recorded. The paintwork was then given a light refining polish using a RUPES LHR 75E Machine Polisher with Menzerna 3800 Super Finish on a RUPES Fine Polishing Pad.

All surfaces were treated with Gtechniq Panel Wipe prior to the application of Crystal Serum Ultra Black, a combination of the slickest, most hydrophobic coating in the Gtechniq arsenal, EXO v4 as a layer over the top of Crystal Serum Ultra. This enhances the water repelling function and helps to keep treated surfaces cleaner for longer.

To protect the alloy wheels, Kamikaze Collection STANCE Rim Coat was applied. Formulated specifically to protect alloy wheels and calipers from the unique challenges they face, particularly extreme heat, road salts and brake dust build-up.

For the glass, Nanolex ULTRA was applied. This contains the highest possible amount of active nano-scale SiO2 (silicon dioxide) particles which bond with glass to provide exceptional beading and self-cleaning during inclement weather and lasts 18 months or around 20,000 miles.
